Background

This Privacy Statement applies to the Information Website (hereafter referred to as “the Site”) for the Default Service auctions (“Default Service Auctions”) for Duquesne Light Company (“Duquesne”) to procure full requirements generation service for Duquesne.

In general, data collected or disclosed to CRA and/or Duquesne are processed by CRA and Duquesne for the purposes of facilitating the Default Service Auctions. When CRA or Duquesne do process personally identifiable information on their own behalf, CRA and Duquesne conform to fair information privacy practices, including notice, choice, consent and control, fairness and integrity, as provided by applicable industry and legal standards.
